Park Lake/Highland boundaries are Virginia Dr on the north and Colonial Dr on the south, and Mills Ave on the east and Higland Ave on the west. Park Lake/Highland consists of about 500 homes.

Lake Highland Preparatory School is a private school located on a 26-acre campus located in prestigious Park Lake/Highland. It is the largest private school in Orlando. Lake Highland Preparatory School is a Pre-K through 12 school and was founded in 1970 and has almost 2,000 students.
